INTO OUR WORLD
Swimming is one of the healthiest sports of all! In the main pool you can relax and "do your laps" or effectively pursue your competitive sport. In the non-swimmer pool you can relax with a neck splash shower and massage jets. The younger ones will enjoy themselves on the water slide and the very small ones are invited to play with their parents in the baby pool.
The wellness area promises pure relaxation! The warmth of the steam bath loosens tense muscles and stimulates your metabolism. Alternatively, take it easy in the infrared cabin, then enjoy the experience shower and relax in the adjacent relaxation room.

every Saturday (except public holidays) from 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.During this period, various water play equipment are available free of charge to you as a visitor, like Donuts, floating islands, floating mats, logs, noodles, etc. Please note that regular swimming is restricted during this period and no swimming lanes are separated.

CURRENT COURSES
BABY AND TODDLER SWIMMING
Baby and toddler swimming is becoming increasingly popular and rightly so, as it promotes motor skills and strengthens your child's muscles. The little ones get used to the element of water in a playful way and learn to move around in it. In a small group, our course instructors find enough time for individual support in order to, among other things, train your baby/toddler's cognitive abilities. The babies/toddlers learn rituals in a playful way in the 32 degree warm bath water.We offer courses for:
- Babies 3-6 months, Mondays from 3.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m
- Babies 7-12 months, Tuesdays from 1.45 p.m. to 2.15 p.m
- Toddlers from 12 to 15 months, Tuesdays from 1.45 p.m. to 2.15 p.m

DEEP WATER COURSE
Do you want to keep fit, stay mobile or just enjoy the great feeling of buoyancy in the water? This involves a combination of strength and endurance training in deep water. The back-friendly deep water program uses water resistance for an effective whole-body effect. The course demands the entire body. It particularly trains the large muscle groups of the torso, the thighs, the buttocks and the shoulder area.Click here to register online:
